Charge RN, night

The day of one open shift
A nurse on tonight’s schedule calls out sick. The 7p on 4 West is now open.
You work down the list of who said yes last time. Calls, texts, voicemails. Was that a yes for tonight, or for Thursday?
Still nobody. Someone finishing a 12 gets asked to stay. Overtime or agency spend follows.
How it would work
Unit, role, start and end. One post instead of twenty texts.
Per diem and float pool see it together, not just the few who always answer.
And 14 more, all at 10:42.
Filled, open or uncovered, with a name next to every shift that’s filled.

The pilot list
That’s the first of three questions we’ll send you. Your answers decide what we build first, and what we don’t build at all.
Check your inbox for a short note from us. It explains what the pilot is, and what it isn’t yet.

The pilot list
We’ll ask you that, and two other questions, by email. Your answers decide what we build first, and what we don’t build at all.

It goes straight to the team building ShiftPatch. No email needed.
It’s with the team now.
