This policy covers this website and the ShiftPatch pilot list. It’s short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Your work email, and the role you pick when you join the pilot list. If you answer the one-question survey or send us feedback, we keep that answer or note too. We don’t ask for your name, phone number or hospital.
Why we collect it
To send you the pilot emails, and to learn which roles and problems come up most. Nothing else.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count visits and see how people move through this site, including which link brought you here. Some visitors see a different version of this page, so we can learn which one explains ShiftPatch better. Session recordings hide anything typed into a form.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your information. PostHog stores the analytics and sends our pilot emails. Netlify, which hosts this site, keeps a copy of each pilot list signup.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the list or ask us to delete it.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to me@mariaflopez.com.
